We are looking to reinforce our team with a:
BARISTA(M/F)

Responsibilities:
•Prepare and serve coffee and other hot and cold beverages to a high standard, in accordance with technical specifications;

•Ensure proper coffee extraction, grinding consistency, and maintenance of equipment;

•Guarantee careful and consistent product presentation;

•Provide personalized, attentive, and professional service;

•Maintain organization, cleanliness, and stock replenishment of the workspace;

•Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP);

•Collaborate with the team, promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:
•Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in hospitality or luxury hotel environments;

•Strong technical knowledge in coffee preparation;

•Fluency in Portuguese and English;

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

•Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to service excellence;

•Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple orders, and adapt to dynamic environments;

•Team spirit, autonomy, and strong organizational skills;

•Attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation;

•Proactive attitude, resilience, and a continuous desire to learn and grow within the coffee field.
