We are looking for Bartender who is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service.
• Responsible for maintaining the bar area.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Plan and present bar menu, interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Mixing traditional cocktails. Also, creating and developing new cocktail recipes.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff and other employees to ensure efficient service to customers.
• Speaking to customers, answering questions, handling queries.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift.
• Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process and ensuring that delivered items are stored properly.
• Process payment from customers and record balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits.
