Global Career Bridge (GCB) connects European hospitality and culinary students, graduates, and young professionals with paid internships and traineeships at top U.S. hotels, resorts, and restaurants in beautiful South Florida. We work with accredited J-1 Visa Sponsors and trusted employers to provide structured training, full visa support, and ongoing guidance throughout your program.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
Depending on your assigned host property and role, your responsibilities may include:
• Front Office: greeting and checking in guests, handling reservations, providing concierge information, and creating memorable arrival experiences.
• Food & Beverage Service: working in restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, or pool/beach service in upscale resort settings.
• Guest Services: supporting guests across all touchpoints, anticipating needs, and delivering 5-star service consistent with the property's brand standards.


WHERE YOU'LL TRAIN
Miami · Miami Beach · Fort Lauderdale · Boca Raton · Palm Beach · West Palm Beach. Top hotels, resorts, and restaurants across South Florida — including beachfront resorts, urban luxury hotels, and boutique properties.


WHAT WE OFFER
• Paid program: $16–$25 per hour (depending on role, location, and experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATES
• EU passport holders or eligible to obtain a J-1 Visa
• Hospitality, culinary, or business school students, graduates, or young professionals
• Working English (additional languages a plus)
• Customer-focused, motivated, and ready to grow in a dynamic international environment
