Hello, I'm Silje.

Hello! My name is Silje Knudsen. I'm 23 years old and I'm from Denmark. I'm new at bartending. I am good at taking initiative and I do what needs to be done. I am a very cheerful person, flexible, responsible, and conscientious.

I'm looking for a job as a bartender, waiter, or barback. Since I'll be traveling and experiencing Europe from August until the end of November, I'm seeking for a job that lasts between 2 weeks and a month. This will allow me to enhance my bartending skills and gain experience working abroad. As my bartending skills are not yet fully developed, I'm open to both paid and voluntary work. I love to travel, and my dream is to experience the world as a bartender. I have worked as a waiter at my parents' restaurant and can therefore work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment. I have been responsible for social media and marketing at the restaurant. Besides that, my parents and I have a small business where we sell vegan burgers at a festival. Here, I work as the daily manager at Vegan’s Burger Box. My tasks include scheduling shifts, training employees, ordering supplies and handling food, as well as managing social media and marketing.
