Hello, I'm Louis.
Working in hospitality through my teens now to my 20s I've worked every position in and around service.
Started as a kp in my mothers cafe when i was 12 eventually making it to barista. When the cafe was sold i was working as a commie chef around different restaurants and events company also switching with being a waiter. Then i moved to London for art school which didn't work out and ended up working in the biggest Indian restaurant in the uk, Dishoom. working as a bar back for 6 months learnt about how i could improve my skills as a bartender before i joined EBS. also working for an agency working as a waiter and bartender for some months after i left Dishoom.
