23 year-old girl from up north who is passionate about cocktails, spirits and traveling! Definitely a team player, hard working, social and friendly spirited. I'm a quick learner that adapts well in different kind of situations and places.
Five years experience of customer service in total. Last two years gained experience as a waitress and bartender in a trendy and well reviewed restaurant. I have done also a shift manager shifts in my previous work place. Fluent in Finnish, excellent in English. I have graduated from EBS Kos in October 2023. Currently working as a supervisor at a recognized and awarded hotel Solo Sokos Hotel Lahden Seurahuone in Finland. I'm one of the a supervisor of our hotel's two restaurant, lobby bar and reception! My job includes serving the tables, prepare drinks, being responsible of what's going on on my shifts and taking care of other administrative prospects.To name few, for example handling money, replacing a shift if someone is sick and I'm also responsible of our restaurant social media accounts.
