Hello, I'm Rúben.
About me, Rúben... After my graduation at EBS Kos in 2021, I went back home, work one year at a high rotation bar in Portugal and now currently working at a 5* hotel in Reykjavik, Iceland as the senior bartender.
After my graduation from EBS Kos I immediately found a job back home in the Algarve, Portugal. I've been working as a bartender for a year in a fast pace bar, doing both preparations and mixing cocktails. I am diligent about my responsibilities and I see myself as someone who can grow a lot in the industry. Currently on the second year at the Reykjavik EDITION in Iceland where I am the Senior Bartender. Helping in the creation of menu for 3 bars, also the occasional event.
