Barista trainer Creation of the cocktail and bar menu for the opening of « amiral garden » a 300 seatings water front restaurant in Bretagne, Fr. From being a waiter, to opening and managing a business, to being a barista or a bartender, I understand the importance and the requirements of every positions, therefore I can help in many aspects depending the needs. And also ; I love making drinks and I put a really special care in every single one of them.
