The bartending world fascinated me from the beginning but I haven’t had a chance to work in a cocktail bar yet. During the alternation school-work, I worked in hotels and restaurants as commis and in a bar as a bartender, but after attending the international course for bartender at the EBS in Milan, I hope to grow a lot working in this sector and to travel to discover different techniques and cultures.
