A lot has happened to me since the last time I was here! I created my growth hacking company and have taken a lot of restaurants, bars/pubs and night clubs under my wings and helped them grow and optimize their business! How to reach and attract more guests to their business! How to create the perfect working space! I have done this now 12 years and love it! Some of my previous portfolios: Strand from $1m yearly rev to $2m 12 months KP: New start-up business $0 - $1.2m in 10 months (50 seating guests) BP: Had yearly rev of 70k then I took in on and in 10 months we boosted it to $450k ( 30 seating guests ) The BP hired again for a 1-month start-up contract for a new restaurant revenue and we reached $450k in that month of the new opening. All this is a combination of marketing, Finding niche and niche down, Creating a perfect working space, and attracting and finding brands to work with. Calculation, mindset, and goals.
